First Steps
Each project starts with a free initial meeting (subject to location) to discuss what's required and to agree the extent of the potential works involved. We can then provide a design estimate. A general room scheme starts from £500 + VAT. The actual cost depends on the brief and the total amount of work or overall project size. For instance a combined kitchen/dining area with structural considerations, will be more than a single room scheme.

The Briefing
Once the estimate has been agreed we can discuss all the requirements in detail and perform a survey, unless accurate plans are available. As every project is individual with specific needs, we look at your home's strengths and weaknesses and listen to your ideas. Once fully briefed we create a design for you!

Presenting Designs
We then present our designs and solutions. Usually with a floor-plan, showing the furniture and any bespoke or built-in pieces in position. For more complex designs we would include a 3D room illustration, with every detail fully explained and justified. In addition we suggest optimum materials and finishes throughout to achieve the overall style and look, as briefed. To complete the design we also provide ideas for window treatments, wall and floor coverings, lighting, plus suggestions for any audio-visual requirements, art and accessories - all as appropriate.

Estimating & Supply
Based on the designs we can produce a works and specification schedule with estimated costs. To include all the bespoke or special order items from furniture and wallpapers to selecting all kinds of fabrics for beautifully made curtains and blinds, in addition to carpets, flooring and lighting. Plus the decorating, electrical and plumbing works needed to implement the design. These initial estimates would be subject to the final specification and any site surveys. This aspect would usually incur an additional fee, dependant on the full extent of the works, services involved and whether the client will supply any element or use any of their own contractors.

Once budgets and our services are agreed, we can then manage and purchase on your behalf, making the process easy and convenient for you. Generally we obtain discounted trade-rates enabling us to be competitive with all our expertise and time being inclusive for most items.

Advice, Shopping & Sourcing

Offering full advice on everything! Contact us for some expert advice to pull your home together. A two hour consultation is £150 + VAT

Online Design
For those further a field or the more budget conscious projects, we can produce and send designs direct - online. Just request our questionnaire and send us a basic floor plan with measurements plus reference photographs of the room in question and we will do the rest. From £350 + VAT

Project Management
Our project management service provides impartial advice on a range of services as well as overseeing various contractors, builders, carpenters and decorators. This service is charged on an hourly basis of £50.00 + VAT.
